Wet cupping (Hijama), fire cupping and sports massage. Single-use equipment, licensed clinical waste disposal, fully qualified and insured.
What we do
Every session starts with an assessment, so you get the treatment you need rather than the one you booked by guesswork.
The traditional therapy, carried out with sterile, single-use equipment. Priced by session, never by cup.
Classical fire-set cups. The flame never touches your skin, and the area is made safe before we begin.
For tight muscles, desk-bound backs and post-training recovery. Assessment led, not just an hour of pressure.
Two ways to book
A dedicated treatment room, set up properly, with everything to hand.
The treatment room comes to you, across Epsom and Surrey.
Your practitioner
I came to this through sport. I train and compete in mixed martial arts — Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling and kickboxing — so the bodies I treat are ones I recognise. Tight hips from mat work, shoulders that have been through too many rounds, the low back that goes after a heavy week.
That matters more than it sounds. Knowing what a training load actually feels like means I can tell the difference between soreness that needs working through and pain that needs leaving alone — and I can give you aftercare that fits around your week rather than telling you to rest for three days and hoping you listen.
It works the same way for people who have never trained a day in their life. Desk-bound backs, necks, sleep, stress: the assessment is the same, and so is the honesty about what treatment will and will not do for you.
In practice across cupping and sports massage, at the clinic and on home visits.

Most of my clients were, once. You will be told exactly what is going to happen before anything begins, you can ask anything without feeling daft, and you can stop at any point. No pressure, no rushing, no jargon.
Full aftercare given in person and sent to you in writing afterwards, so you are not relying on memory. I check in after your first session to see how you responded — and your next appointment is timed around that, not around a schedule.
Prices
The number of cups is decided at your assessment, based on what your treatment needs — never on what you have paid for. You will be told which session is right for you before anything begins.
Availability
Pick a time below and it will be added to your booking request. Slots are limited, so a second choice always helps.
Call-out appointments run alongside the clinic and are limited each week. They are arranged individually rather than shown here — choose at your home on the form below, tell me roughly when suits, and I will come back with what is free — or just message on WhatsApp.
Booking
This is your health form as well as your booking, so it is all done before you arrive. Takes about three minutes.
Your request has been sent. I'll review it and come back to you to confirm a time.
If anything on your form needs a conversation first, I'll call you. In a hurry? Message me on WhatsApp.

Questions
Most people describe wet cupping as a sharp scratch followed by a pulling sensation. It is uncomfortable rather than painful, and it passes quickly. Tell me at any point if you want to stop.
Circular marks are normal and usually fade within a few days to two weeks, depending on the area and on you. They are not bruises in the usual sense.
Yes, but keep it light for 24 hours. Avoid heavy training, saunas, hot baths and swimming the same day. Full aftercare is given at your appointment and sent to you afterwards.
That depends on how you respond. Timing is based on your response to treatment rather than an automatic schedule — you will never be booked in for the sake of it.
Decided at your assessment, based on what your treatment needs. Cups are not sold individually, so there is no incentive to use more than is appropriate.
Please ask when you enquire and I will let you know what can be arranged.
Yes — £50 before any travel charge. The 30-minute sports massage is available at the Epsom clinic only. Everything else can be booked as a home visit.
A 50% deposit is taken upfront to secure any appointment, clinic or home visit, and comes off the price of your treatment. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel — with 24 hours' notice your deposit transfers to your new booking; with less notice, or if the appointment is missed, it is retained.
